Biden Slams President Trump For Turning His Back On World

In an interview on CBS’s Late Show with Stephen Colbert, former-Vice President Joe Biden slammed President Trump for walking away from the global community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Biden said: “The way he has walked away from the rest of the world. He’s not having our folks at any of the international meetings or the World Health Organization, or dealing with those nations who are working on vaccines as well.”
The issue is that the rest of the world is still working with the World Health Organization (W.H.O) and President Trump has made it clear, America is not funding that organization until it stops being influenced by the Chinese Communist Party.
So while the European Union and others from around the world participate in raising funds via a virtual event, the United States is focusing its energy and relief on protecting the country and getting its economy back to what it was before the pandemic.
Simply put, Biden is chastizing President Trump for putting America first.

Operation Warp Speed
May 4, the aim of the United Nations meeting was so that leaders and others could come together and pool funding to find and distribute a possible COVID-19 vaccine. This included the World Health Organization’s director-general who addressed the conference.
Between the nations and individuals involved they raised $8-billion. President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, said: “In the space of just a few hours we have collectively pledged 7.4 billion euros ($8.1 billion) for a vaccine, diagnostics, and treatment.”
A senior U.S. administration official said: “We support this pledging effort by the EU. It is one of many pledging efforts that are going on and the United States is at the forefront.”
Instead of backing an international effort, President Trump has American scientists working tirelessly on Operation Warp Speed. The aim of Operation Warp Speed is to have 300 million doses of a COVID-19 vaccine ready for domestic use by January 2021.
The only negative in some expert’s eyes is that if President Trump is successful, it may mean America corners the global market on the vaccine and supplies needed in its manufacturing.
The President is clearly putting America first.

Biden Says He’ll Beat President Trump
During the broadcast Joe Biden was asked by Stephen Colbert are you going to beat this guy (President Trump)? In his response, Biden gives a resounding yes.
He said: “Yes, yes, yes, look I don’t want to jinx myself, but I’ll tell you why. The American people, they fully understand and know what’s at stake here. I mean this is the most important election in anybody’s life, not because I’m running, but because of the circumstances. We’ve lost 36 million jobs. We have over 93,000 dead and the numbers climbing.”
What doesn’t make sense is that Biden gives serious American stats and then talks about an international response rather than how he would solve the domestic problems.
Right now, it’s clear a vote for President Trump is a vote for America. We still don’t know what a vote for Joe Biden represents. Globalism perhaps?
